N01 is an overload warning. F15 is an overload fault. It means the drive is having to exceed the drive's or the motor's continuous current rating to maintain operation. This is a common thing when mechanical components start to fail. Example: Gearbox have a life and their life end is usually indicated by F15 drive faults. Or it could be a change in the motion profile. Example: production input an incorrect machine setup and the drive is trying to exceed its continuous rating.
