WorkBench Crash at Startup

In some very rare cases, the WorkBench project file may be corrupted and it will lead to a crash at application startup. You will get a message starting by:
System.InvalidOperationException: There is an error in XML document (0, 0). ---> System.Xml.XmlException: Root element is missing.
The message can be a bit different, but still indicating a problem in the project XML file.

Re-installing the application will not solve the problem as this file is not erased by this operation.

We need to remove manually the corrupted file and then WorkBench will restart gracefully recovering from the problem.
The Mako.xml file is located in the following folder (sample with Win 7):

Once you are in this folder, ensure that WB is not running, delete the Mako.xml file and restart WB.
